Poor service mtn

#MTN I have a complaint about mtn not delivering a cellphone on two applications the order makes it to dsv just to be returned without any explanation and they keep repeating the application without any success the service is very poor and unprofessional also the agents on all contact numbers are unhelpfull and unskilled in providing a solution i do not know what to do as they have my banking details and no explanation is given not even an email to say they cancelled my orders or i need to reapply or any progress report.
