Poor service MTN
Just had my handbag ******. Inside was my purse and phone. Went to a MTN shop to stop my phone, but because of a foto copy of my ID, they couldn't block my phone, as the copy ID does not match MTN's system foto. So, guess what MTN can't assist. Poor service MTN, very poor customer service!!!!!!

24 Jun 2025, 17:44So today, I go to Home Affairs as requested by tge MTN consultant for a temporary ID, go back to MTN shop, just for this *********** consultant to tell me he needs the plastic ID card. He refuses to assist me!!!! I am beyond be civil to these useless MTN staff!!!!
