Poor service Mtn

I don’t advice even my colleagues to apply for contract phone/ data or anything with Mtn and the so call mondo. My contract expired in March and to this day mtn keep on debiting my account now. I’ve return this phone to mtn brooklyn and mtn also confirm that my account is cancelled.
