Poor service MTN

What a disaster to upgrade my contract at MTN Kolonnade! After more than 90 minutes, I was told "the system" cannot complete my request to upgrade and that everything has to be cancelled and start anew. Consultant running backwards and forwards to make copies, to ask for assistence and then of course failure to take thumb prints. Poor service MTN!!! Hello, you are not the only provider.
