Poor service Mtn

Funny how it's easy for Mtn to be quick on opening of contracts and payments, come and look for services they take hours to answer their phones then poor assistance at the end, I once lost a phone paying insurance then when I claimed they told me stories then I came back to them now I lost a phone again and am still paying but they are delaying like it feels like a **** cuz am paying the phone and insurance while they are dragging their feet and worse don't say anything till you try to get hold of them Mtn the worst service ever they just don't know how to treat their customers.
