Poor Service - MTN

Poor service from MTN My daughter was held up yesterday ( 07/04/21)and ****** of her phone. The phone was registered on my name. Managed to get through the call centre to block the sim and device. The consultant a Azraa Gaffoor advised me this cannot be done telephonically and I need to get to a branch to assist (reference ***). Went to an MTN outlet in Game City but was told that their systems are off line. Phoned the call centre again and the consultant this time advised me that the info Azraa Gaffoor provided was incorrect. She assisted me to block the sim. Think MTN call centre staff need to get their act together. Shoddy service.
