Poor service MTN!!!

After numerous calls to MTN Technical, tower in Colts Hill, White River still not working. They can only log one ticket, so how do they have knowledge of how many people are struggling with wifi not working / no signal?

Have to work from home and wifi is a nightmare since last week Monday, how long does it take to send technician out to tower not working???
