Poor service MTN

From the first of April 2022 I'm batteling to cancel my MTN Contract. I Had to pay R7500-00 as canceltion fee as I canceld before the contract ended. This is ok but we are now on the 11th day of April 2022 and still my contract has not been cancelled? How long do it take?? I told MTN I want it cancelled
