Poor service Mondo and Mtn

To whome it may concern a week a go i applies foe a router i chose which 1 i wanted but when i was about to confirm from my bank the price was not the same it was more.. I have sent countless email to both mtn and Mondo but they are not helping me but everyday im shifted to a different person all im asking why im a going to pay more than what i agreed on what was added in my contract each time they ask for my I. D no i give them but im not getting help such poor service from 2big companies
