POOR Service & Maintenance

MTN Maintenance in Stofberg, Mpumalanga is non-existent. We as a family has MTN contracts on Routers specifically because my husband works in different provinces. The problem is that the MTN tower is on a koppie, there is no signal in the valley due to the fact that there is no booster or receiving unit in the valley to supply the mill and B&B's with signal. I am unable to make contact with my husband during the weeks that he is working at the mill. There is such a huge problem there relating to signal availability. MTN is a major disappointment from what it was to where it is now, we will definitely move to another service provider due to the lack of knowledge, maintenance, and empathy. MTN is a money making industry and I will never recommend it to anyone.
