Poor Service/ Lack of service

I took out a new contract with MTN and received the phone on Tuesday 15 August 2017. The phone is not working. No network. I went to the MTN store in Parow Centre on Wednesday and Thursday however it is still not working. I am sick of struggling. To make calls from another network is costly. And for nobody to even call me or call back. Seriously i am highly agitated
