Poor service from VVM
<p>Hello Alice van der Merwe.<br />Please can you call me asap. Having a big problem. VVM keeps on calling me and give me up for black listening.<br />They told me that the account is not been credited.<br />Please please can you call me asap!!!<br /> ********** 535</p> <p>thanks<br />Juan</p>

I'm emailing my ass off to Nompumelelo Mashinini and Bonginkosi Hadebe. For assistance, and no one is coming back to me. How many times do I need to email to get feedback from you guys. Please can someone assist me right now !!!!!
I'm also waiting for Alice Van der Merwe to contact me, it's now a week and I'm still waiting fo a call!!
Are you guys willing to assist or not??
I want proof that the A ********** account is settled in full, and that I don't own anything on this account??
As well can I get some confirmation that my name is been cleared by the credit bureaus?
I emailed Bonginkosi and Nompumelelo to contact me, and it seems they aren't willing to assist!!
VVM keep on calling me and sms me. But the feedback I got from you guys via email is that the A ********** account is paid up in full, And that the file is closed, and that you guys will make sure to clear my name.
Now I want proof that the account is paid up in full as it states in the email. And so on that my name is been cleared by the credit bureaus ASAP!!
