Poor service from Siphosethu Njova

I was in a call with MTN agent regarding my contract term of which i expired last they said i was suppose to call and cancel prior but she’s refusing to cancel my contract then she placed me on hold for more than 15 minutes and dropped my call when i was requesting for a statement.
