Poor service from Nonhlanhla at the Legal Department

On the 30th of July i contacted MTN call centre regarding my contract that has expired. The reason for my call was that: I have been calling their call centre and even going to their store in greenstone but with no success. I paid up my contract 2 months back however when i check my credit report on ITC it still shows that i have a contract with MTN. when i called the call centre the first time requesting for a paid up letter i was told that they will send it to email and they didn't. I then called the 2nd time and they also promised to send it via email, However they didn't. I then contacted MTN again on the 30th of July and the call centre this time put me through to their legal dept which i then spoke to u RUDE lady by the name Nonhlanhla. After listening to my frustrations she then told me that i need to send an email and I said im not gonna send an email as i have been told that it will be sent to me. If you will contact me, please listen to the voice recording and advise accordingly.
