POOR SERVICE FROM MTNACTIVE

I can not log in to my MTN ACTIVE account, I get the following error when I try to log in,<br> 'Login error : An error has occurred. Please contact Customer service'.<br> <br> I used to be able to go on my MTN active often, so why can't I go on now?<br> <br> I have called and emailed MTN numerous times and send a Facebook message and yet my query has not been resolved as I still get the same error.<br> <br> The lady I spoke to on the 8th of April said that MTN will definitely get back to me. I am still waiting...How long must I still wait?? <br> <br> Everyone either ignores my query or tells me to phone again ?? How many times must I phone and email to actually get assisted and get this query resolved???
