Poor Service from MTN towards Old people

Phone Blocked - ***- Beverley Ann van der Berg - *** 087

My Mother in Law's phone has been blocked for 2 weeks now. Her phone was paid and she went to MTN in Bloemfontein 4 times now. She had a knee replacement and can't walk properly. Phone is still not unblocked.

We urgently need assistance in unblocking her phone. She is 65 years old and can't be without her phone.
