Poor service from MTN telephonic upgrade

Got phoned for a telephonic upgrade by MTN. Accepted the deal and fully completed all their questions, Assured no hiccoughs would occur. The number is now completely blocked due to an "incomplete contract" No MTN shop can help, they do not work weekends so I am without a cellphone for 5 days now. Incredibly poor service :-((( My advice, avoid telephonic upgrades!!
