Poor service from MTN Store and Call Center

POOR SERVICE FROM MTN STORES

Good Day

i urgently need help from Helo Peter. I have a contract with MTN. the contract deal was R210.00.my contract was for two years and it was supposed to expire in April 2020. The agreement was taht the money will be debited, since lockdown in April, MTN could not debit the money, so i made an EFt to the MTN Account but according to them i haven't paid. So my account was blocked and now they're billing me R750 per month. Ii did not agree to that and i don't understand why it has accumulated to that amount, I'm so furious and frustrated. Whenever i go to the store I don't get help, they always say they're off line, they told me to go to head office or Eastgate mall mtn store, I went to Eastgate mall but i still couldn't get help. when i call the 135 number they still cant help either. I spoke to the store manager in Alberton, his name is Reuben, I called him a couple of times and whenever I call he said he will come back to me, i sent him whatsaps but he will just blue tick me and not respond or return my calls. I was at the store yesterday again and i was told to go to the head office in Roodeport as they cant help me. Please help me HELLO PETER as MTN wants to rip me off and they're ruining my name in the process.
