Poor Service from MTN store.
Firstly, I am an MTN customer who bought a phone (Sony Xperia Go) a year back end of 2013 at the MTN Retail store in Vincent Park East London. The phone costed R149.00 as it was advertised and she explained the whole procedure but a month after they started deducting R189.00 till today. The account holder is Bantu Dorane and we have both went there and complained about this **** to the store manager called Eugene and he promised to look into the matter but ever since he hasnt.<br> Secondly, I took the phone to the store because it was FREEZING &

HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the handset Manufacturers Repairs guidelines and in accordance with their Standards and mandate.
The Warranty repairs are excluded in the event of cosmetic damage which is physical on handsets, that includes wear and tear which have effect to void warranty immediately and repairs are chargeable.
Kindly note that should you reject the quote or if the quote expires, there is a fee of R330.00 incl. vat applicable. This is a standard business rule.
Regarding the dispute of the subscription fees, you would need to visit the store where the contract was created with a copy of the contract.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
