Poor service from MTN insurance company Admyntec

I have a contract with MTN where I insured the device under Admyntec In March 2026 I made a claim to have my device repaired. I was collected and sent to the repair center. When it was on the repair center the was no communication or update. Whenever I call the agent would send me back and forth and tell me different stories. The phone eventually got back to me, it only worked for a few weeks and the problem started again. I called them again to inform them Their agents are telling lies as usual sending me back and forth. One of their agents Called Mandla said I'm Crazy and ended the call. I have never had a good experience with the underwriter, there is always a problem with them. I really do not understand why MTN is still working with a company that has such a poor customer service
