Poor service from MTN Insurance company!!

Mtn SA's new insurance company( Admyntec Team) has to be the worst ever. Poor, shocking service if any at all. My phone got damaged by water. I have submitted a claim 3 weeks ago at one of the MTN shops! I was told i would receive a call to arrange for my devices to be collected by a courier company. No one has got back to me, no feedback no response from MTN. A week ago I re submitted the claim to Admyntec Team and also CC'ed MTN still no response.

I have been calling multiple times, leaving emails. , At some point I was on the phone for 30min without getting through to an agent.

I will have no choice but to cancel this insurance!!
