Poor Service from MTN Home Internet Shesh@ 600GB Home Router

MTN Home Internet Shesh@ 600GB Home Router Uncapped 5G, MTN has a terrible service when it comes to assisting with their home router . They sold me a router that only worked for 15 days . After 15 days of getting this home router, it suddenly stopped working . I then called MTN Service to assist ; I was told to take the router back to the store . I got to the store, and they told me that the router needed to be booked off for repairs . It is going to take a week to get feedback . So I asked them, since I only got the router 15 days ago, are they going to replace the router ? I was then told no ; I have to wait for feedback for a week . So I must stay a whole week without internet that I paid for . MTN does not care about their customers . I lost work because I had no internet for a week . Terrible , terrible service.
