Poor service from Mtn head office
I went to Mtn Cradlestone mall Krugersdorp on friday 4th of July to get a rooter. My application was approved and i paid the amount of R910 upfront. Everything was completed in store by Caleb who had done his utmost best to get us connected but it has been 3 days now and we are still waiting. Apparently it is pending on Mtn head office side. I have been with Mtn for many years and never experienced such bad service. All i am asking is to get what i paid for. Please help. My order has been created with order Ref no: ***.

07 Jul 2025, 07:08Good morning, this is day 4 and i still do not have any service. After been a loyal customer for many years this is how they treat me. I am very disappointed in Mtn. I do not even want to renew my cell phone contract in December. Yesterday we pleaded with them and sent lots of messages to no avail. Please help.
