Poor service from MTN

I have been trying for a month to cancel a mtn contract, i get put through to a retentions contact center and there is no answer, i have sent 3 emails with no reply. This morning another debit order goes off my account.I will not be charged for a service that i am not using.I need this contract cancelled.
