Poor Service from MTN

Since January 2023 we have had trouble with an internet connection here in Middelburg Mpumalanga. We have continuously contacted MTN regarding no reception and poor service. Contracted Technicians have been sent out, only to sit with the same problem. Yet, the monthly deduction appears on our bank statements religiously. Contacting MTN is a total nightmare with very little response except for an automatic email response. We have no choice but to make use of MTN due to the other service providers having poor signal where we stay. Is this another Escom saga service?
