Poor Service from Mtn

So,I recently lost my cellphone alongside my mtn sim card,for almost two weeks I’ve been going to mtn branch to do a sim swap,but they never activate my SIM card till this date if been going up and down to wonderboom junction to get my sim swap done and still nothing! Honestly it’s frustrating because I follow the instructions given!!! Went to the branch 3 times already getting multiple SIM cards but they never process or upload the documents I prove to get the sim swap done! I’m gatvol
