Poor service from MTN

I called to discontinue with my contract end of August 2021, as it was ending. MTN still bills me. I have tried to call them several times, but was kept holding for more than an hour on all occasions. Their emails have an auto-reply message directing me to call their number if I need to cancel the contract, but that number just rings with no one answering. It's so frustration.
