Poor service from MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Called mtn contract department 135. To be told by the agent welcome to vodacom & Telkom. Consultants name was Nosipho. Time of my call was 10h24 on the 28th of January. Then she apologized and retransfered me to the board. MTN i signed a contract with you and not vodacom nor Telkom. This pathetic service is unacceptable and unfair.
