Poor Service from MTN Business
<p>I've been trying to get information regarding MTN Business's Fax to E-mail service. Guess what, there is NOBODY that can assist with this. I am told that my request is being escalated and that I need to wait??? I've been waiting since Friday last week and guess what, nobody has phoned. Furthermore, the website doesn't allow you to submit a request which just proves my absolute frustration at the moment. </p>

Thanks for your reply, however as expected, escalating the problem just once again proved to be unsuccessful. Your response does not carry any significance! Escalating my request is just yet another lame excuses in passing the buck and not getting it done! 9 Days later and not even a phone call apologising for the poor service!
