Poor service from Mtn!!!!!!!!

Signed contract for a new phone at Mtn The Glen Mall two weeks before the lockdown and was told device could only be delivered because of Covid19 challenges, within maximum 7working days. Have there after went to the store twice and was told device is with courier and I'd receive it anytime. It's a month now and I haven't received device, called customer care and received no proper help, called the courier company as well and they say they haven't received device from Mtn. Im really appalled with Mtn's service as I use phone primarily for work and this is inconveniencing me
