Poor service from MTN

Try to get my upgrade approved since Saturday 18 May 2024. It is to blame on the new system loaded 2 weeks back. I have trade in my old phone and now must wait for one day the upgrade has been approved. i must work with an old broken phone. I am a client for a very long time and you be treated like this? Really?
