Poor service from Mtn @ Carnival Mall

Good Evening. I have recieved terrible service from Mtn these last 2 to 3 months. I phoned MTN Carnival in the middle of Feb to state that I have made a mistake in the references when making payments, please reffer to attachements. Their reference should be A ********** and not MTN. I tried to get hold of Lo-Ammi, the lady that i always deal with, but she was not available so I spoke to Rodney Sithole. I told him the whole story and he asked me on 2 May to resend the mail of proof of payment sent to their shop on 24 Feb. I asked him to get back to me to let me know if the screen shots i took of the payments made on 26 Jan for R729 and 24 Feb for R694 would suffice, but to no avail. On 14 March I phoned again, because I kept on recieving smsses that my account will be suspended because of non payment, and spoke to Chantelle. She asked me to resend the mail to her that I sent to Rodney, so I did. She phoned me back stating that she recieved the mail and that she is sending it to their Finance department as we speak. she said that rectifying the acc would take at least two days. After that, I haven't heard from neither Rodney nor Chantelle to let me know what is going on with acc. I couldn't phone them myself to ask because my line is suspended. My cellphone line has been suspended for two months now and all payments are up to date. i also keep recieving smsses that I owe MTN over R2000 which is not true. After I sent the mail to MTN Chantelle had the nerve to phone me back and ask me what is wrong me for putting her in such a bad when all she did was try to help me. She was very rude and treated me like a Minor and not a client at all and then she went on about how it is not her job to inform the client nor to ask how far the payment allocations are and she also asked me what was wrong with me for not phoning them and asking if the payments have been allocated. When I finnaly got the chance to speak, I told her that my line is suspended and I can't keep using other people's phones to try and find out what is going on with the acc and also I told her that I want the line active by Monday and all payments allocated. She then rep**** that she will not help me with my problem and kept on insisting that I should've contacted them even though I keep asking her how I should do that with a suspended line.

To this day, my line is still suspended and nothing has been done. What I expect from them is that they allocate the payments and re-activate my line. And i Do Not owe Them over R2000 because NOT one payments has been missed. One of the attachments will show that the references are mixed up and on another it will show that I have rectified it.
