Poor service from MTN and Mobiles Plus

I don’t know how else to get my contract sorted out MTN and Mobiles Plus, they processed a contract I didn’t agree to and now they have been giving me a run around for 2 months. They have been charging me different amount since May, was refunded in July but end of July another amount went off. All I’m getting is my query has been escalated for 2 months, calling and twitter. Now I’m out of data and they don’t even care.
