Poor Service from MTN

I had an Insurance Claim with MTN which was declined on basis that I was using a Sim Card or number which was not insured. That time the phone had a dual Sim and I always had my insured Sim in the phone as it was my main Data Sim card. Now when I must claim for the lost phone I am being told stories.
