Poor service from MTN

Me and my wife cannot phone 0800 numbers. If we call any 0800 number it goes to some emergency number. I reported it numerous times I even went to a mtn store and they agree there is an issue. My main issue I need to make emergency calls to my medical aid and I cannot do it. This is now ongoing for more than 2 years.
