Poor service from MTN

MTN has been *******ly debited account. I called their customer care but it realy not helping the situation. I have a standard 24 month's contract and fixed amount of R299. Last month they debit R1546.62 and this month they debit R1080. Their call centre agents are rude and clueless about what is happening. Someone ********** opened an account and I was request to do an affidavit and I did but they are still transacting my account. They are frustrating me and making it account bad.

This is bad service from them especially when they failed to protect me as a customer.
