POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

I purchased a phone on contract with MTN on the 3rd of December and the phone was delivered on the 8th of December up until today I can't use the phone because they did not Rica the simcard, when I fone 135 they can't assist, I even went to the store but they refused to help me. I regret the day I signed the delivery document.
