POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

I orderd a sim contranct from MTN, very willingly the sales person helped and stayed on the line as I made a pro rata payment. With the delivery of the package my fingerprints was not able to be scanned as my handes are chuffed from working and I could not receive my package. Since delivery I've emailed and contacted MTN and received no feedback or help whatsoever. This is poor service instead of helping customers they just simply ignore PAYING customers.
