Poor service from mtn

I bought in 2022 that was network locked by mtn so last month I requested the device to be unlocked but the service I got from mtn is so poor from the call center agents and from the people who work at the mtn store I went they are so impatient mtn has poor service when it comes to their customers as a service provider they lack efficiency and convenience I'm so disappointed with mtn
