Poor service from MTN

I am quite disappointed, i never used to strughle with MTN and i have been with them for over 10 uears now, unfortunately this has changed since November. Firstly, my huband ordered a phone and a watch on the online store in September, we still haven't recieved anything, when we call the call Centre they say their system is off, its been4 months now... Then we went into the store to upgrade but they dont have any top of the range Samsungs or the watches since November... I have 3 big contracts with them and actually thinking of taking my business away.
