Poor service from Mtn

When it comes to contracts MTN has to be the worst ever service provider with their *********** staff.

I cancelled my contract with them and i was told my account is up to date, i then started being on prepaid. A year later they say my account is in arrears but how? when it was cancelled a year ago. No one has a proper answer to that
