POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

I have made contact with MTN 3 times now to request my invoicing and statements without success. I just need my invoicing to be send to me as it has been send over the last 5 years. Nothing on my side has changed. yet, I have not received statements or invoicing from MTN since June 2020. My inquiry Reference numbers: Ref *** Ref *** and Ref *** last guy I spoke to - Simpiwe promised me it will be send, nothing received.
