Poor service from MTN
MTN Service very poor !!! I haven't received my monthly data on my contract - have notified them many times, with two reference numbers now, without any success or fixing the problem from their side. It is now 18 days later and I am still without my day data. Extremely poor service from MTN !!!

06 Oct 2020, 08:43MTN's service still USELESS !!!! After 20 days my daily data is still not being sorted out or loaded on my phone, nor did I get any reply or assistance from them. I've already got two references numbers, but without any luck sorting out my problem, I've being cut off by the call centers and the branch did not even phone me back if I leave a message - so do you call that good service???? Any body has a solution who and where I can contact to get my problem fixed?
