Poor service from Mtn
I want to migrate my mtn wifi home internet to a higher plan.I phone customer service that put me threw to retention department that inform me it is an other department that must do it in the end I was talking to 5 different departments of mtn that did not assist me as MY contract is a month to month basis.This is extremely poor service

The store I have gone to was At Goldfields Mall at Welkom.
The people that work at this store was extremely rude and unhelpful.The whole time they try to ignore me and just assist non-white clients and the whole time they were extremely rude Thus experience of mtn online and even in store is unexeptable and needs serious attention as clients foes not matter their colour of their skin must get the same treatment
