Poor service from MTN

In February I upgraded one of my MTN contracts to a laptop contract over the telephone. The laptop was delivered to me after three weeks broken and I had to sent it back. I asked MTN by several ocations to cancel this upgrade because I never received the laptop back from the repair centre. They keep on refering me from pillar to post at my own expense. People promise to come back to me and never do so. I have several reference numbers given to me by people I spoke to at MTN direct (135) In the meantime they keep on charging me by debit order for the use of the laptop I never received. My advice to other people is to think twice before going into a contract with MTN. They don't have any morals when it comes to customer service.

I do not have any record of a missed call from your side on my cell. Maybe you tried to reach me at the wrong nr. My nr is ***. I send it back via a courier as I upgraded over the phone.
