Poor service from MTN

I have been try to cancel my mtn contract the past few days. They giving me a run around in their so called retention center I literally wait for an hour on the line before someone can talk to me. I have called 3 times already and waiting a d waiting. First it was about the calculations on how much I'll have to pay to cancel. Now I have paid the amount after all the run around am ready to cancel I have all they need, but I have been waiting on the line for more than an hour an hour just listening to the horrible sound they play. Am really not happy with your service MTN at all.
