Poor service from MTN

This is so frustrating and appalling service from a supposed big company such as MTN!! When one call 135 you go through a stupid long list of options and when you opt to speak to one of their 'champions' they are more useless and unfriendly! We have a contract with MTN but cannot load more data when our contract data depletes. We called in last night and thus morning, was told they will refresh the line, but still we can't! What if this was a matter of life and death and we were stuck somewhere?? We can't even utilise something that should be so easy. I want a manager from MTN to call me urgently abd not one of their dumb 'champions' I'm really annoyed with MTN
