Poor Service From MTN

<p>Last time I complained about Mtn crediting me with data that was not according to contractual agreement. I was receiving 1Gb of data since last year March, plus 50 min and 100 sms. Last month however, I only got 500 Mb. According to Mtn, I am supposed to receive 300 Mb. If that is the case, I want Mtn to explain why I received 1Gb previously, and 500Mb last month. As if that's not enough, this month I only received 50 min and no data nor sms. Now I am told I have to bring my contract to the store, which I cant find. I think I better port my number to a different service provider who would value me. </p>
