Poor service from MTN

Can someone please tell me if mobilesplus is associated with MTN?

A person by the name of Shaheed told me that they are associated with mtn and today someone from the ***** department at the Head Office told me that they are not.

So tell me who is lying?

First of all I called MTN Head Office on ********** the "switchboard"to speak to some regarding my issue. However the person kept on transferring my call to one of their call centers which I didn't ask for.

This is getting really annoying now because one person at the Head Office of MTN told me that they are a 3rd party and another person told me that they are not.

May I please get a confirmation whether they are or not?

From my experience they are ********** and took money from my account for 6 years and they refuse to refund the full 6 years.

I am NOT a MTN customer never was.

How can MTN a leading network company allow these ********** to sell their products?

I need to speak to someone in a high position to help me with this issue or I would like to speak to Rob Shuter the CEO. Please provide me with his contact details.

This so called company Mobilesplus has taken money off my account for the last 6 years. It was small amounts which went unnoticed. All I want is my full refund which they are refusing. Someone needs to be held accountable for the ***** charges. This is a ******** offense and I will take this matter to the police department. So who's problem is this? MTN or MOBILESPLUS?
