Poor Service from MTN
I app**** for a phone contract 2 weeks ago and was promised it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
I have been phoning MTN as well as their courier companies ( RTT & DSV) for the past week but until today have not yet been assisted.
The agents from MTN they always promise to give me callback but all have failed to do so.
I have been told many different stories as to why my parcel has not yet been delivered to me.
This is inconveniencing me BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is UNACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is totally disgusting I have been waiting since the 15th August 2017 and no one has the decency of giving me a call or send me an email to give me an update. Your agents are very very very rude, *********** and they clearly don't know what they are doing. I have requested to speak to a manager and guess what the line was dropped on my ear every single time upon that request. Your staff definitely needs more tome and training in customer service, because they are not customer centric at all.
I would suggest that you personally give me a call or escalate this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I placed this order on 15 Aug it was suppose to be an early birthday present as my birthday is coming up on Monday Sep 11th, but now instead of it being a birthday present it has turned to be a nightmare.
I really want to be compensated for all the airtime I have used to call MTN and all the minutes I have been put on hold whilst the agents were playing music on my ear. I also would like to be compensated for all my time blood, sweat,screams and frustrations this situation has put me through.
